 said Planning for the Phone-a-thon

I think next Wednesday 3/27 is not enough time to plan a decent phone-a-thon.  I've got to focus on something else through the end of this week; won't be able to plan any further until Sat 3/23.  I feel that at minimum we'd need a conference call--or even a virtual meeting using this discussion space--to have a hope.  What are the rest of you thinking on this?
