VPR is a little different...public, so no FCC requirement to run PSAs. But there's always a hope there'll be "seconds to fill." One can send a Press Release to news@vpr.net, and can cc: Ric Cengeri / rcengeri@vpr.net. Ric is the guy who occasionaly announces local happenings. |
