The neighborhood has a very active listserv that facilitates exchanges among residents.  The neighborhood utilized training from the Between the Cracks weatherization group to perform improvements on a resident’s home. The neighborhood looks forward to organizing a February activity, such as a snow sculpture contest or talent show.
 Murray Hill

Linda Milne (Murray Hill Condominium CAN! Leader)

Although “Murray Hill” has been used to refer to the condominium association in the past, the Murray Hill CAN! area extends beyond the condominium borders. The area outside the Murray Hill condominium association is not presently served by a CAN! leader. The Planning Department is currently seeking leadership in this area.

Linda Milne is a CAN! leader who is coordinating efforts within the Murray Hill condos. Everyone within the Murray Hill condominiums has received information about the assistance resources available through CAN!. Two condominium associations and an overall homeowners association exist within Murray Hill; through these associations, the Murray Hill condo residents work together to maintain buildings, outside services, and water systems. Murray Hill condo residents have already established connections and have some informal networks through which they can assist each other when needed.
