2. Ctl. Vermont Regional Planning Commission (CVRPC) -- their portion of EECBG funds allocated to Vermont
   • Barry had a conversation with Clare Rock re: funding "The Energy Efficiency Deli" via CVRPC.  Clare requested we continue to develop it.
