Current Situation
MET currently has no funding and has had no difference-making amount for over a year.
The Coordinator will often hesitate to begin projects if he sees little chance they can be seen through.

Shovel-ready Work
Currently on the table, ready to move forward given resources, is a set of well-defined projects and two well-defined programs into which many of the projects can be fit.
- DIY Kits
- Co-venturing with CSV to bring one shareable car and one shareable pickup truck to Montpelier.
- Planning/tasking toward getting a CEAD referendum on November 2010 ballot.
(list these here; provide detail as an appendix)

- Montpelier-based NGO liaisons.
- City Resources
Sustainability/Replicability
- The information resources:
- Most originate elsewhere (i.e. little primary research needed
- Once posted, a largely sustainable aside from periodic updates.
- But become re-useable elements of value-add MET projects and programs.
What Must be Done Up-front (i.e. requires initial funding)
